"SPRING MUST-HAVES"

Apparently, the top 6 must-haves this spring include:

1)Plaid Shirts
2)Knit Dresses
3)V-neck tees
4)Colored Denim
5)Bright Handbags
6)&High waisted shorts/shirts

I can really appreciate the rainy days but I guess I am kinda over the winter weather, wishing the sun would stay up a lil longer.  Time for "spring fashion"..hahaha--ummm, except I dont know about the colored denim.

Speaking of weather...in denial of any of us "getting old," I've decided the reason I get so sleepy when I go out is because it's cold! Like really, seems like everytime I'm out, the idea of sleeping in a warm bed tends to linger in the back of my mind. & I have noticed that I'm just not as exciting when I go out. No dancing, no making out, no falling down. LOL, err, I guess it's a good thing haha.  It's more like me driving seperately so I can go home early, me falling asleep somewhere on a couch, me yawning all night, etc.  In conclusion, I am not getting old..it's just cold! (I dont know why I had to justify that to myself)

Went to Target the other day--bathing suits are selling now! I get super excited thinking about the trip..except the whole $35 check-in luggage fee! I will also be having a "10-day spring break" towards the end of March before I start ICU training, so I want to do a lil trip maybe to San Francisco for a lil getaway? Hopefully.

With that said, I keep telling myself to save your money, biatch. But I'm not very good at it, although much better.  MINT.com---wonderful site if you guys haven't used it yet. You pretty much register all your accounts (bank, credit cards, IRAs, loans, etc), and the website organizes your debt vs. assets, allowing you to take a "financial picture" of yourself, per se. You can set monthly limits on your spending in different categories like shopping/gas/entertainment, and it tracks where you're spending your money and warns you if you're overspending. Also, it emails you when bill payments are coming up, suggests options of saving your money, and even better...there's an iPhone app for it :)

ANYWAAAAAAYS, enough babble for the day. Time to watch TBS movies. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my DAD (tomorrow). Even with all the differences we've had in the past, I still love you! & Happy birthday PHILBERT (tues)...all I gotta say is: you better show up on Saturday!
